People can struggle with an HIV diagnosis in many different ways. It can be helpful to speak to someone who has been in the same position and experienced similar problems.
We provide a service where you can meet regularly with a mentor. This person is HIV+ and understands the struggles of a diagnosis. They can meet with you and:
- Share experiences;
- Provide emotional support;
- Discuss coping strategies;
- Be a listening ear.
If you think talking to someone who has been through what you are experiencing would help, please contact us.
