Confidentiality
We respect your right to confidentiality and we will not give information about you to anyone else unless you want us to. All our services are free and confidential.
If you want to call us for some advice anonymously, or get a friend to call us on your behalf, please do.

Our Information and Advice Service covers providing information and advice on homelessness and housing issues, welfare rights, community care and health.

The housing we manage is a mixture of purpose-built houses, and flats from general needs stock. The accommodation is scattered across Bristol. All our tenancies are permanent assured tenancies.

Vacancies are very rare and will be advertised on these pages.

Floating Support

If we cannot offer you housing managed by the project, we may still be able to offer you support in your own home. We can visit you regularly to:

  • provide informal counselling & emotional support in your own home
  • help you fill in forms i.e. benefit applications
  • write letters on your behalf
  • help you apply for grants for things you may need and/or short breaks
  • help you budget
  • provide debt advice
  • provide specialist advice on HIV services & housing
  • make referrals to other agencies at your request

Brigstowe's Floating Support is a free service; this service is funded by the Supporting People Team of Bristol City Council and by South Gloucestershire Council.
